Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board Welcomes Summer with Fresh Issue of Grate. Pair. Share.

This summer, Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board's Grate. Pair. Share. online magazine is dedicated to fresh entertaining ideas and innovative recipes that celebrate summer dining and seasonal flavors.

The new summer issue highlights perfect pairings – the secret to no-hassle entertaining. Whether it's fresh ricotta and honey with a tall glass of peppermint iced tea, grilled camembert with cherries or a simple cheddar-blue beer spread with pretzel chips and an ice cold beer, the right pairings make it easy to put together an enviable spread in no time.

The issue also celebrates classic dishes by adding a fresh and flavorful twist. Traditional ball-park snacks, deviled eggs and potato salad are all updated with new, inventive flavors.

Since its launch in winter 2012, Grate. Pair. Share. has received more than 15 million consumer impressions.
