New Roth Cheese Labels Highlight Wisconsin’s Verdant Landscape

Emmi Roth USA has unveiled new packaging and labels for the company’s Roth cheeses that reflect the lush landscape of Green County, Wis., where the company is based. Responding to consumer preferences for smaller-sized packages with more product information, the redesigned line includes new 4-ounce and 6-ounce sizes, wedges for most varieties and deli cups for shreds and crumbles.  The Roth brand includes Grand Cru® Gruyere, GranQueso®, Buttermilk Blue®, Van Gogh® Goudas, and Havarti.

 

Roth cheeses are made from fresh milk from cows raised on family farms. Drawing from European inspirations, Roth cheeses are handcrafted to reflect the distinct terroir of America’s Dairyland. Grand Cru® Surchoix took 3rd Best in Show at the 2012 American Cheese Society Competition, along with medals for GranQueso®, and Havarti, while Grand Cru® Reserve was an award winner at the 2012 World Cheese Awards.
