Swiss Valley Farms introduces Grass-Fed Baby Swiss Cheese, made with milk from grazing cows on the lush pastures of southwest Wisconsin. Enriched by the land, the cheese has a mild flavor profile that is both creamy and buttery, yet slightly richer and fuller than traditional Baby Swiss. Subtle flavor variances reflect the seasonality of the milk. 

Swiss Valley Farms is a farmer-owned cooperative that has been producing dairy products, including award-winning cheeses, since 1958.
