Cello Riserva Italian Style Fontal, the latest offering in the Cello Riserva line from Arthur Schuman, Inc., reflects a heritage of Italian cheesemaking excellence.

This semi-soft cow’s milk cheese is handcrafted and cured for at least 60 days, imparting a smooth, creamy texture and mild, slightly sweet flavor. Italian Style Fontal can be served on its own or incorporated into a variety of dishes. It melts beautifully into panini, stuffed pastas, sauces and pizzas.
