MariekeĀ® Gouda Adds Bacon For Ultimate Flavor Combo

Holland’s Family Cheese’s award-winning Marieke® Gouda is now available with bacon. Holland’s Family Cheese follows an authentic old world gouda recipe, importing its equipment and cultures from cheesemaker Marieke Penterman’s native Holland to the farmstead operation in Thorp, Wisconsin. 

This new variety incorporates a local Wisconsin-made product— Nolechek’s bacon, also produced in Thorp. The result is a creamy,  slightly sweet gouda cheese studded with real smoky bacon.  It can be used in many applications, such as on burgers, flatbreads and sandwiches. 

• Available in 20-lb. wheels, 1/2-wheels and 1/4-wheels
