This convenient, easy-open package includes 4-ounce portions of three classic Wisconsin cheeses: Italian Style Fontal, Hand Crafted Asiago and Copper Kettle Parmesan. It’s the perfect way to incorporate a specialty cheese flight into parties and picnics. 

Italian Style Fontal is a semi-soft cow’s milk cheese with a creamy texture and mild, slightly sweet flavor. Handcrafted Asiago is made in small batches and aged over 10 months, developing a robust flavor with a hint of tang. As its name suggests, Copper Kettle Parmesan is made in traditional copper kettles, creating a rich, nutty flavor. Each wheel is hand selected once its intense flavor profile has reached its flavorful peak.
