Made with milk from grass-fed cows raised on the green pastures of Wisconsin and aged for 60 days, Swiss Valley Farms’ new Grass-Fed Gouda is a creamy, buttery cheese with subtle flavor variances reflective of the seasonality of the milk that grows in complexity as it ages. 

Grass-Fed Gouda is part of the family-owned cooperative’s Alpine Collection of cheeses, which also includes Grass-Fed Baby Swiss, Swiss, Baby Swiss and Gouda. Swiss Valley Farms has been producing award-winning cheeses and dairy products since 1958.
