New Black Creek Cheddar Blends Hit Flavorful Notes

Black Creek® has expanded its line of artisan cheddar cheeses with two new flavors, Cheddar Cheese with Notes of Gruyère and Cheddar Cheese with Parmesan Notes. Black Creek Cheddar with Gruyère is a unique blend of cheddar and gruyère designed for melting and baking. The Cheddar with Parmesan, also excellent for cooking, makes for flavorful grilled cheeses, rich macaroni and cheese dishes and stands out on any cheese board.

Black Creek’s cheeses are developed in the heart of Wisconsin’s Fox River Valley by Wisconsin Master Cheesemaker Gregg Palubicki. The Black Creek line is home to a variety of award-winning cheddar cheeses and gourmet cheese spreads.
