Emmi Roth USA’s new Roth® Sriracha Gouda is a global fusion of Roth’s mild and sweet Dutch-style gouda mixed with spicy Sriracha flavors. Made with fresh milk from local Wisconsin dairy farms and cured for at least 30 days, this flavorful cheese is recognizable for its striking red hue.

Sriracha Gouda’s sweet yet spicy flavor pairs well with apple and berry ciders, sauvignon blanc, rosé, pale ales and IPAs. It also works well for cooking, especially when used as a topping for soups or chili or melted on a plate of spicy nachos.
