New Blues Expand Variety Offerings From Award-Winning Carr Valley

Carr Valley Cheese has introduced three distinctive Blue cheeses to its Blue lineup. These new cheeses have been formulated by Wisconsin Master Cheesemaker Sid Cook.

 

Glacier Gorgonzola is imbued with notes of truffles for a deep, earthy flavor. Glacier Blue is crafted in small batches with piquant waves of flavor and a crisp, clean finish. Glacier Penta Crème Blue is made with additional fresh cream for a silky texture with earthy nuances.

 

All three cheeses are made with 100 percent cow’s milk.
