Crumbly Gorgonzola Delivers Full, Earthy Flavor

BelGioioso Cheese has introduced Crumbly Gorgonzola to acclaim from the World Championship Cheese Contest and World Cheese Awards. The cheese is crafted with milk picked up daily from local farms – a combination of cow’s milk and a touch of sheep’s milk. The cheese is aged for at least 90 days, developing a subtle earthiness and creamy texture. 

Crumbly Gorgonzola is a rich and flavorful finish sprinkled over soups, grilled beef and roasted potatoes. The cheese is all-natural, rBST-free and gluten-free.
