Wisconsin Grader’s Reserve Debuts New Collection of Aged Cheddars

Wisconsin Grader’s Reserve® combines science and art to produce a limited private reserve of Wisconsin’s finest aged cheddar cheeses. Here, five licensed Wisconsin cheese graders hand select pieces of Wisconsin cheddar that are then monitored and evaluated for quality and consistency as they age.

Wisconsin Grader’s Reserve produces four unique varieties of cheddar cheese including Harmony, a sweet Wisconsin white cheddar with notes of fruity parmesan and buttery gouda, 5 Year Aged Cheddar, a sharp traditional cheddar with rich, creamy character; 7 Year Aged Cheddar, a bold, full-flavored cheddar; and 10 Year Aged Cheddar, full of nutty, complex and savory flavors.
