History:

Laack Bros. Cheese Co., Inc., was established in 1986. Our business started as a cheese and butter wholesaler and through the years we have added cheese cutting, packaging, shredding plus Cold Pack and Cream Cheese spread manufacturing to our profile. We are a family run business. We have routes that we run on a weekly basis, distributing our cheese products along with added lines. Our products are marketed on our routes and to other markets in and out of Wisconsin, i.e., distributors, food processors, bakers, c-stores, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. We cut and package a complete line of cheese under our label or private label.
