Made from pasteurized cow, goat and sheep milk, Gran Canaria is similar to Canaria but aged for at least two years. It is cured in olive oil and has a fruity, nutty, intense, sweet and pungent flavor and a crumbly texture.


The interior pate is a pale straw color, and the cheese has a distinct aroma from the olive oil.
