History:Bleu Mont Dairy has a Swiss-based heritage that has been on a continual search for the best milk for making cheese. We strive to make our cheeses from certified organic milk from cows allowed free access to pastures or rotational grazing. We use this milk to make cheese of exceptional quality. We are so confident of the milks' attributes that we make a number of real raw milk cheeses. Most of our sales are directly to the consumer, from which we gather much feedback.
